kb222 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, and How We Play Fair

1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all associated policy documents published by kb222:

• "Platform" means the kb222 website, mobile interface, APIs, and any associated software operated at kb222.io and its subdomains.
• "Account" means the personal, registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the kb222 registration process.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person aged 21 or above who has registered and maintains an active Account on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance associated with a Player's Account, reflecting deposited funds, winnings, bonus credit, and pending withdrawals.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of the Wallet representing actual deposited or won funds, excluding bonus credit.
• "Bonus Credit" means promotional funds credited to a Player's Account under the conditions described in Section 5 of these Terms.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a casino game, live dealer table, or sports event through the Platform.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, football fixture, kabaddi bout, or other sporting contest offered for betting on the Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency used on the kb222 Platform for all financial transactions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by kb222 before processing withdrawals or increasing account limits.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country or jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is illegal or restricted under applicable local law.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on the kb222 Platform, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must be aged 21 or above at the time of registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the kb222 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or any alias — constitutes multi-accounting and is a serious violation of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts, together with any associated balances and winnings, will be permanently closed and forfeited upon detection.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. kb222 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify kb222 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. kb222 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kb222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address; and confirmation of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the timeframe specified by kb222 will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the kb222 Platform is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By accessing the Platform or creating an Account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. kb222 employs age verification procedures and will close any Account where the Player is found to be under 21, with immediate forfeiture of all funds held in that Account.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The kb222 Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. kb222 reserves the right to restrict or terminate access from any Prohibited Territory at any time without notice.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account or participate in any activity on the kb222 Platform:

• Persons under the age of 21.
• Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of kb222 or any affiliated company, game provider, or payment processing partner.
• Persons who have been permanently self-excluded from the kb222 Platform.
• Persons previously banned from the Platform for violations of these Terms.
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kb222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay (United Commercial Bank), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your kb222 Wallet within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via Rocket and Upay are credited within 1–5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to credit. kb222 does not charge any fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification and these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• Rocket and Upay: Within 30–60 minutes of approval.
• Visa and Mastercard: Within 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

kb222 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals requested before KYC verification is complete will be held in a pending state until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on the kb222 Platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. kb222 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that triggers AML screening protocols. Players must not use the Platform for any purpose other than genuine entertainment gambling. Using the Platform to transfer, launder, or conceal funds of any origin is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kb222 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credit is subject to a wagering requirement before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Where a deposit bonus is offered, the wagering requirement applies to the combined deposit and bonus amount unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Only wagers placed using Real Money Balance count toward wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the kb222 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Slots (most titles): 100% contribution.
• Live Dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger): 10% contribution.
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on settled single bets at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Crash games (Aviator, etc.): 50% contribution.
• Table games (non-live): 20% contribution.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless a specific promotion states a different timeframe, all bonus credit and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Any uncompleted bonus credit will expire and be removed from your Wallet at the end of the bonus validity period.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

kb222 reserves the right to void bonus credit and associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it determines in its sole discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, employing low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement, or systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with good-faith gameplay.

6 Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on the kb222 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and audited by third-party laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and genuine randomness. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, with no manipulation of outcomes possible by kb222 or any other party.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Each game on the kb222 Platform has a published theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the long-run statistical payout rate of the game. 6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the kb222 Platform are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding a settled bet, the kb222 trading team's decision, made in accordance with published rules, is final. Key general rules include:

• Bets placed after an event has started (live bets) are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation, subject to the Platform's live bet acceptance thresholds.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the completion of the minimum required play, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Cricket matches are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).
• kb222 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or data feed failure.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and betting markets on the kb222 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, live status, event, and Account tier. kb222 reserves the right to adjust wager limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kb222 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through intermediaries.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table, or sports betting market.
• Cheating Software: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software designed to interact with or manipulate Platform games or betting markets.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a valid kb222 deposit. Any Account associated with a chargeback will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting any technical error, software bug, or incorrectly posted odds to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward kb222 support staff or other platform users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by kb222

kb222 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected underage gambling, or receipt of a chargeback. During a suspension period, access to the Account, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay are all restricted.

8.2 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, kb222 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Credit, in addition to any pending withdrawals. This forfeiture right is exercised proportionally to the severity of the breach and the degree of financial harm caused to kb222 or other Players.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting kb222 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Voluntary closure does not affect the Player's right to reopen an Account in the future, unless the Player has activated a self-exclusion arrangement.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after a continuous period of 12 months with no login activity. kb222 will notify the Account holder by email prior to a dormancy classification. A dormant Account may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100, deducted from the Account's Real Money Balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

kb222 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection principles applied by kb222 include:

• All personal data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL encryption and encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
• kb222 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary to operate the Platform, including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard), game providers, and KYC verification services.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting kb222 support, subject to legal retention requirements.
• kb222 retains transaction records and account data for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping standards.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kb222's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any wager or transaction, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their kb222 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kb222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings not yet credited to a Player's Wallet.
• Loss of data or corruption of Account information due to circumstances beyond kb222's reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, power failures, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
• Losses arising from the Player's own failure to maintain Account security, including sharing of credentials or failure to activate two-factor authentication.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law, as applied consistently with the operational context of the kb222 Platform serving the Bangladesh market.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between a Player and kb222 relating to a wager outcome, bonus claim, withdrawal, or Account decision, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Support: Contact the kb222 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved through direct support within 5 business days, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Username]". Include a full description of the issue, relevant transaction IDs, dates, and any supporting evidence. kb222 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a final decision within 14 business days of acknowledgement.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied with kb222's final written decision, you may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels available in your jurisdiction. kb222 commits to cooperating fully with any legitimate legal process.

11.3 Language of Proceedings

All formal dispute correspondence must be submitted in English. Documents submitted in other languages may be accepted at kb222's discretion, provided that a certified English translation is included.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 Right to Amend

kb222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in law or regulation, changes in the Platform's products or services, changes in payment methods, updates to responsible gaming policy, or any other operational changes that affect the relationship between kb222 and its Players.

12.2 Notice of Changes

When material changes are made to these Terms, kb222 will notify registered Players by email at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address an urgent security or fraud concern. A notice will also be displayed on the Platform's homepage for a minimum of 14 days following any update. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

12.3 Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the kb222 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 8.3. Pending withdrawals of Real Money Balance will be processed in full regardless of your decision not to accept amended Terms.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalid provision.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kb222 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
